Merchants utilizing credit card terminals may need to power cycle their device to restore connectivity.

Investigating - We are currently aware of an outage affecting CardConnect that may impact payment processing for clients using this gateway. At this time, the issue has been identified on the CardConnect side and is outside of AudienceView's control. We are actively monitoring the situation and are awaiting updates and resolution from CardConnect. We will share additional information as it becomes available.
