This issue has been resolved and we are monitoring the results. If you created a second delivery method, under Tools > Delivery Methods you can click the "Click here to set series delivery method defaults" option and uncheck it to remove it as an option for web sales.

Investigating
For online orders where only one delivery method is available, some customers are seeing a "the delivery method you selected is no longer available" message. We are currently investigating this issue. If your customers are reporting this error, please follow these steps to add a second delivery option to alleviate the issue in the meantime:
1. Create a new delivery method (https://audienceview2.my.site.com/Professional/s/article/Creating-Managing-Delivery-Methods#creating). It can be the same delivery type (Bardcoded Eticket, Receipt Only, or Hard Ticket) as the existing delivery method, it just needs a unique name (so you could have one called Eticket and one called Mobile ticket, for example). 2. Click the "Click here to set series delivery method defaults" option at the top of the list of delivery methods, and in the Web section check off the new delivery method to enable it 3. Click Save 4. Click the "Yes, update all existing series to use the new defaults" to apply the new delivery method to all series (if you want to manage each series individually, go to the Event Settings menu of each series and check off the new delivery method).
