As part of our commitment to provide a secure and reliable service, AudienceView Professional will be performing some scheduled maintenance on June 20 at 8:00 AM Eastern. This will cause an interruption of service of approximately 1 hour in duration. Clients should be able to resume most activities at 9:00 AM Eastern, although reporting services may not be fully functional for an additional 30 minutes. We will provide updates on this status page should the timeline change and when the maintenance has been completed.

Neither you nor your customers will be able to access the site during this time, and instead will be directed to a maintenance page.

How does it impact you?
- Some tasks scheduled at this time will not run and will need to be rescheduled.
- Any payments scheduled during this window will be processed as part of the next batch following the maintenance window - no action is required for this to occur.

What needs to be done on your end?
- Pre/post show emails: if they are scheduled during the maintenance window, please reschedule them.
- My Reports/Scheduled reports:you will need to toggle "email opt-in" off and back on for each report after the maintenance window has ended as they will not run during that time.

If you do experience any significant issues after this time, please submit an emergency case to our client support team for immediate assistance.
