We are currently investigating issues with Error message when trying to process or refund Payments through Quicksell+ and Consumer Interface. Our teams are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We have implemented the fix and able to resolve issues with Patron profiles and Reports. However we identified some issues still with Payments not going through Quicksell+ and Consumer Interface. Our teams are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing an outage affecting both the ability to sell tickets through Quicksell+, and reporting in My Reports. These modules of the AudienceView Professional application are failing to load. In some circumstances, a 504 error is seen after the page has been attempting to load for too long.

We have found that My Reports is loading successfully a small percentage of the time. Trying to access My Reports through multiple private browser sessions may allow access to this.

Our developers are actively working to resolve the underlying cause of these issues. We will continue to provide updates here on the Status Page.
